IS CHINESE SITES ARE SPAM ? SHOULD I APPLY COUNTRY FILTER ( CHINA ) FOR QUALITY LINKS?

Hi i have guessed that 70-80 % links are from Chinese sites and when i checked the Chinese sites alexa rank, domain rank etc then i found them useless so any one can suggest how to use country filter to get high quality backlinks using GSA SER? Thanks.

    Its not the country that makes a link look like spam.
    Its all about the link building.

    I dunno, I think SER has a penchant for .co.kr, .cn and .ru domains, so I blacklist them. Probably something to do with the sheer numbers of domains rather than a fault in the software, though.

    Also, having loads of .kr links pointing to your English language site is one of the biggest footprints that Google will notice if you happen upon a manual check... I learned this the hard way
