Low vpm ?

My lpm is ok, but vpm very low. I made mistake with email settings and suppose all of them detected as spam. But when I import new emails it's the same situatuion. Proxies are ok.

    what does 'very low' mean? are the proxies private dedicated? you may want to look into a catchall email. 

    in my case my ratio of vpm to lpm is about 40% as I type this. I don't know if that is good or bad for you. For me, I am fine with that number.

    I have 20 private and local from gsa proxy scraper.

    It's 6 % for me now. I made 2000 unique domains (scraping and posting together) and now I'm doing "alow posting on same site again". So ser posts on the sites that have already posted. My vpm decreased, but should be opposte.

    Is my logic right ?
