How to Increase LPM ?

I harvested 100k links from scrapebox .

After I remove Duplicate URL’s in scrapebox .

end up with 20k links

I export 20k links as Text .

And import them to GSA , and run project .

But LPM is very low , It’s 0.15 . And VPM is 0.03

Please help me , how to increase LPM and VPM ?
