What is diffenrent when i set it to 1 vs set it to 10 ? 

And How long does the software delay between each ping ?

    This should not be set to 1 as it would mean that one submission is done at a time. This is however slowing things down too much. A number of 10 would mean to have 10 submissions done at a time and should be suitable for everyone in terms of speed and network usage.

    you mean if i set it to 10 so there are 10 processes run at the same time
