How is PRjacker getting PA/DA and CF/TF of sites ?

Is it getting data on based on some assumptions or really getting the stats from MOZ and majestic ?

Here is what is happening

The pa/da shown by prjacker is different than tha pa/da of same site shown in opensiteexplorer. Dont know what is going on with prjacker
