If i use PR FILTER then unable to make enough links hardly 5-10 links in an Hour.Any solution?

If I apply PR filter gsa ser then hardly it makes a backlink.I used pr 1 and got only 4-5 links in 1 hour.So any solution?

    Maybe the PR that's being returned is not correct or always 0?

    without seeing your settings, it is impossible to know

    You probably arent scraping enough. When you get PR settings you tend to get less links because the sites are of higher quality
