link GSA With Captcha Breaker Problem

I am new with GSA
I wanna link GSA search engine ranker To captcha breaker but It dosnt work

this is hownI linked search engine ranker To captcha breaker :

on  search engine ranker I click 
Option
Captcha
Add
I choose the first option (GSA Captcha breaker Recommanded as 1st service)
I see a new option appear, when I click TEST I recieve error message: GSA captcha breaker is not running or not responding somtimes it helps to run both programs as administrator

If nothing helps, try to use the > webserver option< inCaptcha Breaker and simulate that also choose here (e.g. Antigate)


I already run them as administrator and it is still not working

can you helps guys please?
