Ahrefs - Domains or Individual Link list

Hi

I have taken a Ahrefs account out and am able to download competitors backlinks, which I though would be a good place to target links to my site.

If I want to put these locations into GSA, is it better to download the individual URLs for each site or just the Domain?

I do not have a limit on downloads, so cost is not an issue, just need to know if one is better than the other.

    The sublink would be perfect. SER changes the URL to the register/login/submit link as required.

    How does this work with regards to email registrations if there are 20 urls from one domain and gsa tries to place a link on each url.

    Does gsa use a registration you have already used or will it look for  new email, and if new email is not available it will fail?
