Which C# API to send Captchas to Server?

Hi,
I have set up GSA CB on a server and looking for a way to send Captchas from another machine.
Is there any C# API which I can use where I can put a custom server IP so that the Captchas are sent to CB?
I know that it works with manipulation of the host-file but I want to use it with just specifying the server IP in my application.
