SER says test is successful but CB does not have log and does not appear to be working

Both are in admin mode. run as web server 
What to do?
It appears not to be working because the the vpm is lower than normal.

    You don't need to have the "run as webserver" option checked when using it with SER.

    I have the same problem SER v10.84 CB v3.28 it connect ok, all run with admin privilege, senuke connect to it and display captcha but SER does not display anything when running. Running on server w win 2012 R2.


    I did try as well running as server, log enabled or not and other thing without success.

    1, check if project actually uses the option to use the captcha services
    2. make sure proxies are ok so that SER actually sees a captch
    3. make sure youa re not blocked by firewall/anti virus
