Comments on chinese sites

I see that most of my verifieds are on china, hong kong sites (php web article). Should I disable those countries. Since i am creating links to eng sites, i think it will do more harm than good. Any suggestions.

    Thats again a SEO related thing. However with the latest improvements on language detection, it should be very easy to skip those sites.

    I recently disavowed about 50k links in google search console.. all japanese / Chinese garbage...
