Automated with SER?

Do I just disable proxies in SER and Indexer and it will grab them from PS automatically? 

I needed to replace PR Jacker so I got this. Can this filter out what SER submits to based on TF settings before submitting to the scraped site? 

I see that you can import a list and check it that way but is there any automation to this?

    That import and check is one feature, the "Emulate PR" option (checkbox) is another. You would simply enable that box and in SER you would disable the YandexTIC option in "global options->advanced.
    Also make sure you do not use any proxies for PR checking (global options->Submission->proxies).

    That will use the metric data from ProxyScraper.
