Where is yandexTIC option?

I updated to latest version and could not find an option to select yandexTIC instead of PR. Nothing pops up on startup.

    It's in global options->advanced

    if you check this how do you set it in the options?
    I see skip sites with a PR below is still there?

    because PR will always be there and just mapped to different metrics...currently just YandexTIC.
