Register not working on new server

Hi,

I am changing the server on which I run GSA, Indexer and Captcha Beaker, but the softs stay in Demo mode once I introduce the Serial. Do I have to introduce the same user than in my first install too? If yes I do not have this info anymore and I don't know where to find it.
