How to Import link list to projects

Using options>>tools>. advanced>> import>> and sort  URLs to global list

If import from this option these URLs added into identified global list. Then how ser process this list?
If ser reprocess all identified URLs then most of them already.

Is ser ignore already parsed identified list.

If ignore why I am getting already parsed message?

If 1url parsed 1project then what about same URL on another project?

Or select all projects and import target URLs from file
