Niche Directory Concerns

I've been running 30 projects that target niche directories.

1) Pr4+
2) Use PR of SubDomain
3) No Global Lists
4) 10 SE's enabled
5) Always Use Keywords to Find Target Sites

Concerns:
I have been reviewing the links and not one of the projects are finding niche directories that are related to my keywords.

I am using this for my moneysite.

Questions:
1) How do I get it to submit to niche related directories? 
2) Does anybody have any experience of general directories versus niche directories?

    Are you harvesting the site's keywords and using them too? BTW out of interest how many of these have you verified?

    I've had this too and had to go broader with my niche keywords

    Not that I need more results, but they are not related to my keywords! That's my issue! So broader keywords will only enhance the problem.
