Blank .SL File From Serlists.com

Hello guys. I just have some question regarding Serlists.com. Today I purchase their blue list. After the payment, I received an email which gives me the access to download a zip file. I downloaded it and tried to extract it on my desktop but when I check the file size of .SL, I see 0 byte. Meaning there is no content inside the SL file. I already buy list from serlists before and I don't have any problem with them. But today I am disappointed of this empty list on their SL file. Anyone here also experience this? I already contacted them using their contact form but still no reply.

    It looks like there is an error on their side. I got an update from serlits within 24 hrs.
