Pi, outputs in SER format by default and is basically building an identified site list.
So in Pi you have the folder where your identified URLs are being saved. That's the option in your new project window that says "Per, engine, destination folder". The folder you set there would basically be your identified site list.
You would set that folder as your identified folder in global site lists in SER. You can do that by clicking the option button, advanced tab, then at the top you see identified. You would click the little down arrow and choose the same output folder you chose for Pi.
Then in your SER project you would choose the option "use URL's from global site list if enabled" and choose the "identified" option since that is the folder you setup for global site lists.

@s4nt0s Quick q about Pi though: I recently tried feed a small verified list exported from a gsa project through pi, all filters off. About 15% of the links didn't get recognized... how come? Do the two programs use different footprints?
@jonseo - They are both very similar but not exact. You can try enabling the extended matching option in the new projects window and it should help with detection.
