How to use keyword field?

How should be the keyword field better?.I have selected keyword field from  Google AdWords. I have put generic keywords, keyword phrase, long tail keyword in mixed format totally 3600 niche keywords are put in the tier 1. Is it good or not please advice me...

    If the keywords are related to your project, just import them. Usually they are only used for finding new targets.
