Scrape sites to use based on PR

Sometimes I'm running a project that says PR-2 Not OK because that project only is posting to PR3+. However, My other projects only require PR0+ and could have used that PR2 site.  After a site is thrown away due to low PR, it should be run by other active projects to see if they could have used it. Thoughts?

    Use global site lists as the URL is put into it and can be used elsewhere.

    @Sven I have no idea what this global site list is I see nothing about it in options what is it & how do I use it to my advantage?

    options->advanced

    project options->under the search engine box

    @Sven Do I save identified sites through options-->advanced and then enable in project options use urls from global site list if enabled and then choose identified? I want to make sure no PR0+ go to waste because it was identified by the wrong project. Thank you
