    you need to create engine . but you can post yeah . 
    i dont know how good will be for seo , but will be good for promotion if you do it right

    I would absolutely not post on reddit- it's significantly against everything @sven stands for. Wouldn't be cool. Plus you would get banned so fast.

    You would need a lot of karma
    Low Karma you can not post

    You need to make relevant posts and comment on  others to gain karma
    So it is not just about spamming that site is basically the 80/20 rule

    I use that site for video seo it is one of the best sites to get traffic from but has to be done manually and you have to build karma which means you have to build relationships with the members. You need to age your account for at least 7 days before anything.
