what it use to Delete target URLs cache & history option in every project?

already parsed: does it parsed on the same project or another project already if I am using global list.

    Delete URL history will try submitting again to sites where SER tried before
    Delete target url cache will remove all urls where SER want to submit next (remaining target urls)

    This is for the project, not globally and means that SER has the site in history and will not try to submit there again.

    Scrapings URLs with GSA not working effectively with footprints taking too much giving very less amount of results not unique.

    No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no scheduled posting)what about this message.
