Getting search queries in remaining target URL's after scraping

What could be the reason for thousands of search queries in my target url list after scraping? And how can I remove them? see sample url's below:

Hard to say where they come from. Might be search engines itself who now place a link to other search engines on the result page. What do you use as search engines?

I think it could be some meta search engines. However I have deleted the urls in the list by using the 'select by mask' option. thanks.
