Build links to links made in other program and reverify constantly. Can it be done ?

I want to build links in other program, import them into SER and build tiers to them.
Problem is, I do not want to waste resources on deleted links -  so imported links need to reverify every 24h.
SER can do this for links build by itselft, but could i just add some links into project ?
Can it be done ?
Projects .verify file looks like this:
I believe i could just add some links with fake date, platform, but how important is last value? Will it break SER if i just enter random values there ?

    1. create a dummy project
    2. set urls in it to be the once from the external links you import
    3. right click on dummy->show urls->verified urls
    4. right click on listsing->import verified urls
    5. reverify
    --
    turn that project to verify only as status and in options let it reverify existing links
    any tier to that project will also remove or reuse links who where build to a removed tier link.

    Tested and purchased the software and is great. But I need to index the links after submission.Is there any way to get the links so to put them into my link indexer? Let me know,
