FTP Export Not Working

I purchased GSA Proxy Scraper today and tested file export was working but FTP export i not working i have tried many settings also tried to add ftp:// in front of host and without it also but nothing works. is there any tutorial available for FTP Export settings?

I got your email, butgreport. One way to solve this issue should be enough but as I saw in the bugreport it reads "Connection times out" which usually means that the host/port is wrong, SSL has to be checked/unchecked or firewall/anti virus blocks connection.
