What cause the link in article to be domain only ?

sometimes i have a link in the article that is domain only and i don't have any setup for it
i'm trying to figure it out.

for the test i set up only keywords an anchor test and sometimes in the test i get the link for the site as domain only.
can someone help me on this one please?

Here is the example: ( in the image a link to domain in article although the other platform like blog comments use a keyword  )
