Stop submission

From what i understand, we can't stop submission for account creations,

Ther problem is = if we got for ex. 1000 domains in verified list, and each of them have to send captcha to external service (foe example 2captcha), after loading the list this service is spammed with 800 captchas and "captcha service is not responding" popups in our logs.

Can you make it possible to stop the submission for account creations too (as an option)?
Or import just x urls / x minutes from verified list?

Or is there a better solution?

    hmm sorry but this would destroy almost every statistics there is.

    Edit: its not solving this,

    BUT just by enabling "stop project after x submissions" makes SER going slowly - so looks like this is a solution :)
