I'd like to have the option to import articles from a single file in the article manager (one line per article)

    Thats a very unusal format. If you make that format on your own, you can use the SER format here with new lines as \n and

    title 0xff summary 0xff body

    as conetne each line. Then you can import form another project and point it to that file.
