SER Freezing

After updating to v. 10.39 and 10.40 my SER freezing all the time  during  "Import Urls (identify platform....) from file". File encoding ansi and utf8 without bom, size doesn't matter, even under 1million got freez.

    do you see it freezing after a fixed time or is that random?

    I've been getting a lot of freezes in the most recent updates too, I'm not sure if it's random or not.
