    Looks like some lag in the screen.  Restart and reopen, should be good.

    Nothing I've ever seen on my end.

    If I see weirdness like this i just grab a working window and drag it across it forcing the screen to refresh.

    if the bizzareness persists @Brandons recommendation seems to fix it for me.

    if still after restarting the program you still have issues... reboot your OS ... thats what I would do.

    @sven i cant configure Target Urls because of this. i don't understand why or what is going on

    never seen this issue my end but i do always get a disappearing options box.. wish it would stay on top :(
