How to import alot of sites with their keywords for URL to link?

I want to add like 100 sites with their 1-3 keywords to link.
I see there is option to "paste from clopbord" but what format would it need to be?

http://url.com|keyword1|keyword2 or what?

    It's always:

    URL#anchor_text#secondary_anchor_text

    it's not keyword though. You can of course use spintax for the two anchor types or leave secondary anchors.
