well you need to have google passed proxies for this. If you have and only need it for google, then you might want to limit the proxies to tags with google.

The google test is done by default. You can not go to settings and click on "Use proxies with Tags" and choose "Google". However make sure you have at least a couple of them.
And remember, the tool might need some days to build a stable database of proxies as public proxies come and go and only the good, stable once are kept.

yes becaus thats your local host. The server that Proxy Scraper opens on your PC. This is only accessable from your PC so don'T worry.

no, each url download will result in a new proxy unless you specify in setting to change proxy only after xyz seconds
