New Pop Up When Importing SCM Content

@Sven there appears to be a new popup when I import SCM content to existing projects which begins "You should import certain fields only...."

What exactly happens when you click "yes" and what happens when you click "no"?  I did both and couldn't see a difference...

Also, is it really necessary as I've just updated 30 projects and had to click it 30 times?

    "Should this be done?" Is asked at the end of the dialog. It means that certain fields are imported from just one dataset which is really enough for most cases. if not all.
