Mass Email Account Creator or Service

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading many of the discussions on here and trying to decide which would be better route to go down regarding emails, buying them or investing in a mass email account creation system. I've noticed catchallseo is now down and not accepting new customers. I looked at wizmail and was gonna go with them when i saw an add for one off fee for $39.99 but when i went to buy it had shot up to $97 plus a monthly subscription of $9.99.

Can someon please advise, I would prefer a one of price but I need probably 2k emails per month, and an easy way to upload to GSA. 

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Almost everyone overcharges for emails, something that is sort of frustrating to see especially when you can get the 2k you need for 10 bucks a month from the site almost everyone who knows about it uses...
