How do I create backlinks to a url that has # in it?

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I have to build backlinks for a costumer of mine and this links have # in them.
As far as I know GSA uses # simbol to separate anchors.

    Yes, using this in the URL is not possible and not useful to me wither. You can try using url shorteners with that.
