Why have more backlinks "Submitted" with comparison of the links "Verified"?

Hello, I bought the GSA two days ago but I have problems operating it 100%

I need to know why I have more links "Submitted" in comparison to the links "Verified"?

Because submitted means its submitted your URL, but doesn't necessarily mean the link is live yet. SER will check the submitted links to see if your URL is found and if it is, it moves to the verified column. Once SER is done verifying all of those links in the submitted column, they should eventually drop off or become verified links.

Why some people have thousands of links verified?

Is it necessary to have a VPS for to have many links verified?

There can be different reasons but usually it comes down to proxies, emails, captcha and if you're using a verified list, scraping your own lists, or letting SER do the scraping for you.
