Best accounts for atomik mail sender and vpn question

Hello if some one knows it , I need to use atomik mail sender, so what email accounts are the best to send email?
I know I have to use proxies , but I´m only using it on my notebook, so is usefull to install hidemy ass vpn to autochange ips?
