SER and CB Firewall Inbound rules

Do SER and CB need Inbound rules(Windows firewall) enabled from all IP addresses?

I don't care about giving them outbound access from windows firewall, but inbound rules make a bit paranoid.

I hope you understand why, I block all non-needed ports by default on my servers.

    no, you can probably remove that rule. I just added it there to avoid problems for misconfigurations.
