google still send unnatural link warnnings?

I heard google stopped sending unnatural link warnnings is this true my sites on page 7 for google i blasted it with links . Sites for bing and yahoo didnt expect it to rank.

Not that I've seen, got one the other day from a test. Removed certain links and awaiting reconsideration. Should be done in a week or so, more maybe with the holidays in the way.
