Is there a way to make only do follow links ?

I clicked the section on that says try to skip creating no follow links . That option is checked now when it is creating link out of the 1,000 verified only 30% are do follows any ideas or a way to make a only do follow list from the verified ? Gotta be a way build 90% do follow any idea settings or something to do to the list after I have posted ?

    Right click on the engine selection box->Uncheck engines producing no-follow links.
