Blog Comments keep posting when they aren't checked

I noticed that some of my tiered links were leading to random posts on my blog network.

I have ser engines set up and my first tier is a verify only that has ser engines api for projects with links.

Now the problem I have encountered is that in my first tier I keep getting blog comments as verified links when I don't have blog comments enabled.  After that I keep getting links in my lower tiers pointing to these comments.  Any ideas?

    Yes, usually this is not a link SER is posting, it sees the link being on that page and collects it as a present one.
