Open URLs from the debugging monitor

I can't open any URLs by double clicking or right click "View HTML" from the debugger anymore. Maybe its just me or a small bug.

That only happened if there where more debug lines to a submission step and you deleted one of it, resulting in deleting the html file as well. I fixed that for upcoming version.
