DBC Showing Error 'Unable to Get Balance' in GSA SER
Hi,
Need help urgently. I purchased DBC and trying to use it with GSA SER but its giving me error 'Unable to Get Balance'. Tried all the basic trouble shooting like blocking the firewall, anti-virus, etc. Still unable to connect. Please help.
