Bought private proxies not working

They gave me a list of proxies was cheap I put them in GSA as web, transparent,socks4,socks5. They did not work. They then changed the ip's to USERBASED authentication and told me to wait a half hour for them to work. My question is they work on port 1212 . Will this work with GSA or do I have to buy proxies from a special place there private proxies I duno why they did not work as putting them in in WEB.

if that port works for you or not is not a problem of our software. It's more an issue with your firewall or ISP. Usually this is not a problem though.

What is the most proxies I can add I tried adding a 100 but only 50 went it ?

@jam75 - 100 proxies shouldn't be a problem at all, you can import thousands.
