Gmail verification failed

I need help about gmail verification. I setup in my campaign:

POP3 Host: pop.gmail.com
POP3 Port: 995
TLS Protocol: ON
POP3 Username: (gmail id)
POP3 Password: (Gmail password)

I already enabled POP3 settings by this guide: http://hawaii.edu/askus/1147

But failed, any missing?

you should allow less secure apps.
