For the first time, Google has released the full version of its Search Quality Raters guidelines and handbook. It is 160 pages of wonderful SEO knowledge.

    Interesting, I missed this. Only read a bit of it but doesn't seem to be that alarming so far. 

    It does sound like it's written for completely internet-illiterate peopel, though.
