Follow all important notes in the image:
most important is to run tiers only for dofollow to save time cuz nofollow tiers is worthless (don't count)
u also can create tier of all project called indexer to index the links from the projects faster but dont let it run on the main site only the subtiers
and run them tier by tier
when u manually create 20 web 2.0 for main tier 1 then run gsa to blast the main tier until they reach about 10,000 then run tier 2 and 3 and then let them run all the time and u will get ranked cuz link juice will be counted from the lower tiers and ur site will only take the good positive juice of ranking and it if some links get removed from lower tiers it wont be counted on your money site so it won't be a negative sign on ur site while it get viral
