resubmit to target urls after changing filter

hi,
I'm importing scraped lists and submitting to mainly guest book and blog comments

I have not saved failed, only verified

If I want to  change my filters for "web site size" or languages or something, how do i get GSA to submit to those target URLs that were skipped before?

Can i just reimport the list into the same project with the new filters active? 

Or will GSA skip all the URLs it has previously processed?  In which case I need to make a new project?

right click on project->modify->delete target url history

then reimport target list afterwards?  I tried that but when i delete duplicate urls, it deletes all of the reimported list so i thought this wasnt the answer...i will give it a try ty

delete the unused accounts and history by right click>>modify 

but when deleting target history dont delete the created account from history (if it says yes,no then click no)

thanks guys...they deleting duplicates still deletes the reimported list, but it does seem to be submitting to them again...appreciate the help
