Read blacklist from txt file

In Options we can prevent posting by blacklist loaded from URL. It would be great if we could also add a local txt file with line separated URLs as blacklist.

    You can import that file if it holds one URL per line.

    Would be useful, if you could keep one central blacklist. This way, you update 1 blacklist and it updates to all VPS's automatically.

    1) Could we use a %file-PATH% macro here? Would be neat if you use more than one SER instance.
    2) Could we use the %file-PATH% macro in the Ping engines under general options as well?

    Would be much easier to manage more than one SER instance.
