NEEDED BACKLINKS FROM USA SITES ONLY IN GSA HELP NEEDED!

Hello guys i need to ask how can i make backlinks but the links should be relevant to niche but the wanted to target US only no other country!
So any suggestions i wanted Tier 1 backlinks so called WEB 2.0 and high authority sites as this where i would make my articles and submit it and yeah some good sites which auto approve kinda....

    You can disable all other languages, countries and domains in project options and also use only related search engines.
